He's seen the light …

“God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of God’s glory displayed in the face of Christ” (2 Corinthians 4:6).

“He’s seen the light.” With a note of sarcasm in their voices, critics of Christ and his gospel use these words in their attempt to write off the testimony of Christians. They never spoke a truer word! We have seen the light. It’s the light that makes everything else shine brightly. The whole of life makes so much more sense when we see it all in the bright shining light of Jesus Christ, our Saviour.
